Bringing MindUP Home: The Early Years

A course designed for parents, guardians and caregivers with children participating in the MindUP Program at school

This short course is designed for parents and caregivers who have children ages 3-5 participating in the MindUP program. This series of modules explores MindUP concepts that children are learning in their early learning environments, including neuroscience, mindful awareness, positive psychology, and social and emotional learning (SEL). It is designed to complement the early years program and can be paced along with children’s learning in their daycare or preschool.
